Though we are a close team, you may see different faces from time to time as we enjoy working with local college students in there pursuit of education.  You may also see the occasional intern or student observing as well.

Front Receptionists and Office Staff:

Tamela is a wonderful asset to our clinic.  Her smiling face greets you while she works with efficiency to make your visit go smoothly.   She has lived in Polk County for over 35 years and enjoys crafts, reading, and weekend family outings.  She has been an integral part of our team for years.

Taylor was a wonderful addition.  Her calm and confidant nature is enjoyed by pets and people alike.  Growing up in Dallas with a large family throughout the area gives her strong community bonds.  She is taking college courses and hopes to go into ultrasound in the future. We are thankful to have her.

Sabrina is such a cheerful and welcoming addition to our crew.  She is very involved with her family and local community.  We are glad to have her on our team.

Veterinary Nurses and Assistants:

Debby has been a devoted part time employee since 2004.  She is well educated in dog breeding and training and is a huge support to all of our staff and clients.  She is an avid member of the Bernese Mountain Dog Club and a hard working member of our team.  She is our "go to" person for breeding and whelping education for clients.  She excels at teaching her own dogs to draft and compete both in obedience and conformation.  Life takes her away from the clinic from time to time but we are always glad to have her in house.

Bevin has been part of our team for many years.  You may find her in the exam rooms more than up front but a true asset in all areas.  We are glad to have her back full time.  She enjoys hiking with her family and is a true cat person (but her dogs understand).

Megan joined our team recently and is another great team player.  She has volunteered for a long time at Turtle Ridge Wildlife and has a real love for animals.  She has a gentle nature that the animals truly appreciate.
